About us
Field engineering, not brokering
We work directly on the infrastructure: we read the configuration, measure the behavior and document what changed.
WinboxHelp comes from real operations in rural ISPs: operator edges, FTTH access networks, DNS servers resolving millions of queries and remote sites where the link is the only way out. That context defines how we work.
We do not resell licenses or broker third-party support. The engineer who diagnoses is the same one who executes the change and signs the documentation at the end.
Our measure of success is simple: the network stays up, the client team understands what was deployed, and the next change is less risky than the previous one.

Immediate response where it is critical
An open incident does not wait for the next meeting. The escalation channel is defined before it is needed.
Reversible changes by design
Prior backup, tested rollback and validation afterwards. If a change cannot be reverted, it is not ready.
Documentation as a deliverable
Diagrams, policies and runbooks are part of the work, not an extra written at the end.
No black boxes
We explain the technical decision and its limits. If something does not apply to your topology, we say so before quoting it.
Working principles
What we do not negotiate on a project
Nothing is touched in production without a prior backup and a tested rollback.
The client team receives the documentation and the explanation, not just the change.
If a scope does not apply to your topology, we say so before quoting it.
Let us talk about your infrastructure
The first step is a bounded diagnostic: what you have, what hurts and what can change without risk.
