We solve critical network problems with MikroTik, BGP and Linux engineering

Support and consulting for rural ISPs, WISPs and businesses: we tune the routing, FTTH access network and DNS servers behind your network, with an engineer who knows your topology and your subscribers from the first diagnostic.

Production stack

  • ·RouterOS v7
  • ·BGP / MPLS
  • ·Debian / Ubuntu
  • ·BIND9 · PowerDNS
  • ·DNSSEC

Our Main Services

Solutions that fix your problem

Configuration, auditing and optimization for your ISP network: MikroTik, FTTH access, routing and servers, with verifiable deliverables.

Technical diagnostic

Book your diagnostic and get a clear action plan

No generic quote. We review your network as it runs today and tell you what to fix first so your subscribers stop dropping: what, why and in what order.

Topology or config review

We review your network, RouterOS, BGP, DNS or servers as-is.

Prioritized risks

Findings ranked by impact and urgency, with no fluff.

Phased action plan

A concrete roadmap to fix, harden or migrate with minimal risk and a tested rollback.

Documentation for your team

Diagrams, runbooks and recommendations your team can maintain.

Why choose us?

Talk directly to an engineer, no middlemen

When a critical incident hits, you speak to the engineer who knows your topology and can roll back safely.

Immediate Response to Critical Incidents.

A direct channel to the engineer who knows your topology, not to a call center.

Certified Engineers with Real Field Experience in Networks and Linux.

Hands-on work at rural ISP edges, towers and remote sites where the link is the problem.

Zero-Downtime Methodology for Migrations and Maintenance.

Agreed change windows, prior backup, tested rollback and validation after every change.

Detailed Technical Documentation for Every Deployment and Server.

Diagrams, policies, runbooks and versioned backups. If the team changes tomorrow, operations survive.

Running an open incident or a pending change?

Tell us what is failing in your network, how many subscribers it affects and what changed. You get a first technical read, not a sales form.

Before you write

Questions we get asked often

Do you work on infrastructure you did not deploy?

Yes, that is the most common case. We start with a read-only review to understand the real state before proposing any change.

Do you handle critical incidents outside business hours?

Yes. For critical incidents we agree on a direct channel and an on-call arrangement based on the criticality of the infrastructure. The detail is defined in the technical proposal.

What do you need for the initial diagnostic?

A topology or diagram, a configuration export without credentials, a service inventory and the symptom description with its start time.

Do you sign non-disclosure agreements?

Yes, before any access to equipment or documentation.

How are scope and contracting defined?

After the diagnostic we deliver a technical proposal with closed scope, acceptance criteria and contracting model. Nothing is executed without written approval.

Do you work with small and rural ISPs?

Yes, that is our focus. We work with FTTH access networks and wireless links that have no engineering team behind them: we review your network, fix the incident and leave you the documentation to operate it.

Can you review my FTTH network or my wireless access?

Yes. We review OLT, ONT, PPPoE, RADIUS and CGNAT depending on what you have deployed, plus routing and per-subscriber queues.
